Overall it was good... March 30, 2021 Reviewer: Andrew Crewe from ENGLEWOOD, OH United States   A lot of research went into my Spikes/Gibbz side charging AR9 build. I first went with Spikes stainless carbine spring and KVP 7.5oz bolt. No FTF's in 300 rounds. (Glock mags) My buddy and  I went to his range and we each put 30 rounds (groups of 10) through my gun to get familiar with the recoil impulse as it was. After that I changed to the Blitzkrieg buffer and we both shot another 30 rounds. I would say the difference was almost imperceptible, and he felt that it might have been a slight bit smoother but with a bit more muzzle flip.  The one positive was that the LRBHO worked every time while before we both had one occurrence where it didn't hold. So overall, a small improvement over what I already had, but what I had was working satisfactorily. I'd say that I enjoyed my purchase experience and the product looks great, but hard to do backflips on the cost to benefit. I like knowing that it's in there and that I'm not likely missing out on anything. Was this review helpful to you?

Standard Issue September 17, 2020 Reviewer: Retired Squid from Hurricane, UT United States   I use the hydro buffer as the standard buffer for my pcc builds. I use it with a 10.5" barrel and subsonic 147g 9mm. The buffer improved reliability when used with the 308 buffer spring. Felt recoil is less but if you're worried about 9mm felt recoil get on your face and start pushing. Was this review helpful to you?

Recoil Reduction March 13, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Blanch, NC United States   Built a PSA 4 inch 9mm AR pistol, SBA3 brace and sat it all in a Spikes Tactical lower with LRBHB.  Initially used the carbine spring and buffer supplied with the PSA upper and it beat the bejeezers out of me and slammed the bolt on every trigger pull. Thought about going with an H2 or H3 buffer with extra power buffer spring but decided after some research on your hydraulic buffer to give it a try. Sooo glad I did. Very soft to little recoil, no muzzle flip, and no problem with controlled pairs of follow up shots. Liked it so much i ordered one for my 10.3 inch 5.56 AR pistol and experienced the same results. I used the Blue spring with the 5.56  buffer and the Red spring with the 9mm buffer. Was this review helpful to you?

Amazing Product September 17, 2019 Reviewer: Brian Malek from Climax, NC United States   Absolutely amazing, I can not recomend this product enough, if you are on the fence like i was just go ahead and purchase it, I slapped it in my PSA 4" Shockwave with their Blue spring and the pistol fires with less kick than my ZK1022, Absolutely amazing product i wish i could give it more stars. Superior buffer system. May 21, 2019 Reviewer: David K from Maryland   Just shot the Blitzkrieg 9mm hydraulic buffer for the first time. I started out with my old setup so I had something fresh in my memory to compare to (carbine spring and 8 ounce KAK buffer, and then threw in the Blitzkrieg after a mag or two. Ended up swapping back and forth again later, just to compare the feeling again. It’s night and day. The hydraulic buffer is excellent at dampening felt recoil and muzzle flip. My follow up shots were much faster, and overall, the cycling of the action just felt smoother and more streamlined straight back into my shoulder. Blitzkrieg was very helpful answering some questions I had prior to purchasing. Responding to my emails within 24 hours. And they even waived my shipping. Really nice guys. I can, without a doubt, highly recommend this system. I can’t wait to shoot it more! I was shooting mostly 124gr out of my home built AR-9 pistol with a 5.5 inch barrel, law tactical folder, SBA3 brace and Endomags. Was this review helpful to you?

WOW!! December 20, 2018 Reviewer: Robert from USA   Wow!!!  Tested out the system today and it is unbelievable compared to the usual buffer/spring PCC feel.  Went through 500+ rounds without a hitch, and the LRBHO worked all but one time in the very beginning. As I am sure you are aware, you have created the best buffer in existence.  I do not know how I have competed so long, discounting niche buffers as another bunk AR part.  I will not compete in USPSA without it again!   Absolutely incredible!!! Blitzkrieg Hydro buffer is a MUST for PCC December 20, 2018 Reviewer: Sponsored USPSA PCC shooter from SE United States   Had a heavy buffer/spring combo which ran decently for several years before discovering the Blitzkrieg system. I was a skeptic until a fellow PCC competitor, who usually does not finish top 10, absolutely crushed his usual match placement. He let me try his new setup, which was unbelievably soft shooting. I now run nothing but Blitz systems in my USPSA PCCs. Its not an unfair advantage, but it would be ignorant to believe it doesnt create an advantage, so long as the shooter does their part. I can not recommend this system enough. Save your money if you have to, but I can assure you it is money well spent and worth every penny. Was this review helpful to you?

Eliminated Bolt Bounce February 19, 2015 Reviewer: Mark from Spring Lake, MI   I just recently purchased a couple of your 9mm Hydraulic 16" bbl carbine Buffer/JP Spring Combo's.  Up to this point I was trying to use heavy solid 9mm buffers and would experience out of battery discharges in M-16 full auto.  Not pretty!!  I did a little searching on the net in reference to bolt bounce and found your site.  I am happy to say that I now have the 9mm M-16 running great!!! with the new buffer/spring combo, and could not be happier.  I will be switching my SA 9mm carbines over as well.
