The Blitzkrieg Components AR-15 Chevron Front Sight Post (Patented) provides the ultimate iron sight picture with both a sharp aiming point and a bold, fast, easy to see sight picture. The perfect blend of speed and precision. The Chevron design has many unique advantages. The tip of the chevron gives the shooter a sharp aiming point for precise aiming and high confidence on difficult shots, while the bold chevron shape is easy to see and pick up quickly without obscuring the target. The contrasting White Chevron Stripe gives the shooter an eye catching sight picture that excels in both bright-light and low-light environments. The Chevron Shape makes for an improved sight picture with any type of protective wings, whether using standard wings, semi-hooded Troy HK style, fully hooded, Magpul MBUS or diamond shaped. This sight post improves the sight picture of all of those designs. It also works great when co-witnessing sights and optics.

This sight post is made to the highest standards. It is precision machined from billet 416 Stainless Steel to the tightest tolerances for an outstanding sight picture and precise fit in any AR-15 front sight housing. The finish is a black oxide matte finish. The white stripe is painted into a machined grove on both sides using a very tough and solvent resistant bright white paint. Each sight comes with a matching sight adjustment tool making installation and adjustment a snap. The tool is designed for a precise fit with our chevron sight design and is also billet machined 416 stainless steel with a black oxide finish.

* Includes Univeral Sight Tool. Our Sight Tool is needed to fit our Chevron Sights. A standard sight tool will not fit over the chevron. You can use our sight tool or a bullet tip to adjust for elevation. We offer this sight with the sight tool at a discount. We also offer our chevron sights without the sight tool in case you want multiple sights but only one tool. Our Universal Sight Tool fits all of our AR sight posts as well as standard A2 type sight posts.

* Fits into any AR-15 Front Sight Housing that uses a standard threaded post - Any Mil-Spec fixed front sight gas block or aftermarket front sight housings made by companies such as Troy, Daniel Defense, Diamond Head, PRI, Magpul, Mid West Ind, Samson, GG&G, YHM, and any others that utilize the standard AR-15 post design. Fits Magpul MBUS, but not the new MBUS Pro. Does not fit LWRC Skirmish sights due to 11 o'clock position of detent.

This is probably the best sight anywhere, especially for the money.  I've had all kinds of AR front sights over the decades, and this one is the best so far. It's fast and easy to pick up visually, and still accurate enough to do 1" groups at 100 yards, and I'm 55 yrs old. It went in flawlessly with the included tool, and just visually bore-sighting I was able to set the height perfectly before even hitting the range. I was so impressed with it I ordered more... one in yellow chevron, one in yellow spike, and one in yellow HK ring for an AR pistol I have. I'll be taking the red dot off my AR pistol when the HK ring comes in... won't need it anymore.  :-)  Give this sight a try... you won't be sorry.

At 64 my eyes have lost the iron sight clarity. At the same time I bought a BCM Recce-16 and needed sights. I chose the Troy fixed front in the HK style and swapped the existing pin for this white chevron. A week later I chose the Troy folding rear sight and it's a great combination. The sight sits cocked a bit to the right and I bought 3 that do that. When I aim with "readers" I can fully appreciate the better sight picture. My irons are zeroed at 50 yards and will be backups for my red dot. Great stuff.

Finally a front sight post for the AR-15, especially shorter sight radius carbines, that offers speed and precision. Absolutely simple, robust and perfect.

I struggle with sights on rifles and pistols, and was pleasantly surprised to find this front sight.  Pretty easy to pick up in low light, which is common at many gun ranges.
